Shipping and Returns

Pillow covers are made to order with care. Thanks to wonderful customers like yourself, our shop has become popular and in demand. We work continuously  to reduce lead times and ask for your patience as orders are processed.

Process and Shipping:

All items are shipped within approximately 10 business days.

Returns:

LIZETTEMONET inspects all returned items for signs of damage. Because of the bespoke nature of our service, the return policy differs from larger e-commerce retailers. 

Please carefully review:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for damaged items. We do accept returns for undamaged items, IF NOTIFIED within 7 days of delivery. The item(s) should be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Items sent back after 14 days will be denied and NOT RETURNED.

Large orders (5 or more pillows) are eligible for  store credit only, if not damaged. Large orders are time and resource intensive and have historically slowed down overall ship times.

Shipping fees and postage on all returns are the customer’s responsibility.
